The Andrews Elementary PTA is offering a $500 scholarship to a PISD 2014 graduating senior who attended Andrews Elementary School. The winner will be chosen and introduced at the Andrews Elementary Senior Day reception on Thursday, May 22, from 5-6:30 p.m.
