Looking for another way to support PTA and improve your child’s reading skills? If YES, visit the Scholastic Book Fair!
This event is held each fall and spring. It allows students, parents and faculty to purchase the most updated educational materials for the home and classrooms. PTA receives a percentage of the sales in cash to support programs.
Sales from the Fall 2013 Book Fair totaled $13,395. PTA received 25 percent, or $3,348, of total sales as our profit. We used Scholastic Dollars (reward points given to us by Scholastic) to provide $650 worth of new books for the school library. Thank you to all the volunteers who made this program such a success! We appreciate the Andrews community for supporting PTA.
The Spring 2014 Book Fair will be held April 11-17, with preview week running April 7-10. Family Night will be April 10 from 5:30-8 p.m.
